Spiritual Leadership Institute serves as a ministry to the leaders of Metropolitan. The training can be applicable to anyone who has a calling to a leadership position whether it is inside or outside of the church.

Every 1st Saturday of the Month 9:00 - 10:30 AM
Understanding servant leadership is key to leading an effective ministry. In order to keep the leadership and the ministries aligned, Pastor lays out and refines plans for the current and following month in which the meeting is conducted.
Pastor then leads a spiritual discussion regarding a key aspect of leadership. The leadership team is presently studying "Leadership from Behind," by Rev. Dr. Ron Webb, as an adjunct to specific biblical training.
